Rhizopus

The age and time of government controlled avenues is beyond reasonable. The 'democritization' of wealth has been a mockery since its citation. Those seeking benefits from the government have faced all but one thing- satisfaction. The age of big business in America is hampered by the government in every way possible. Not only has the government prevented big business from growing at exponential rates, but has also neglected jobs for those in need. It is so concerned about the unchecked expansion of a business, that it neglects the concerns of its lowliest people.
Those that maintain a moderate income are also bothered with governmental policies. A tax on annual income is in no way representative of the needs of the population. The government requires a tax on some intangible salary that in no right state of mind would ever rightfully belong to them. This tax helps fund 'governmental activities.' Here is a definition of governmental activities: defense, homeland security, military escapades, salaries of officials, pork-barrel projects, and the smallest percentage towards government programs, such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Welfare, Education. Now, in a land where the top priorities are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, how do these expenditures in any way correlate to the needs of the people. They don't. They satisfy an unquenchable desire for power and world dominance.

Candida

There is often nothing more simple than the solution to a complex problem, such as those which our country faces today. More often than not, that which is required as a solution is overlooked in the search for its namesake. Therefore, in order to move forward, we, as a people, must first focus on solving the issues at hand, before building a better tomorrow. For, without today, there will be no tomorrow. Life is but a series of moments, and in living these moments, a man builds a better future for himself, and for humanity as a whole. Solving the day to day problems of life will, I say, will help in the solution of the long term problems which we, as a people, will need to come to terms with somewhere down the road. For instance, let's start with the homeless. Give them jobs in a factory, hell, they dont care where or when, just give them a job, a source of income, and their material needs will be satisfied. Once the animal is satisfied, the man will be allowed to grow. Then, the nation will no longer be forgetting its own as we attempt to resurrect those others who so desperately need a helping hand.

The Fallacy of Modern Politics

The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppose.
-
Frederick Douglass (1817-1895)

The modern age of politics is anything but innovative, experimental, or democratic. The United States' Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, economy, and social structure all trace their origins from the Enlightenment period. This era was marked by a strive for perfection, high literacy rates, and a plethora of idealistic ventures. However, the thinkers of the period believed that they were more 'enlightened’ than their fellow citizens. The idealistic paradigm fueled the 'enlightened' citizens. Suddenly, all truths that were not founded on the basis of science or logic were questioned.
In the midsts of questioning commonly held beliefs, how could the middle class citizen hope to be recognized in the formation of the United States' government? How could their needs be fulfilled? In an age when the opinion of the medium was devalued, the founding fathers of this country didn't listen to them.
This is evidenced in their source material for the new government--the land of the free. The unalienable rights of the Declaration of Independence, the basis for the government, was taken directly from John Locke's Second Treatise on Civil Government. Actually Locke stated that everyone had a right to life, liberty, and property. The founding fathers, knowing too well of their own precious possessions, denied the right to property and replaced it with... the pursuit of happiness. What exactly is the pursuit of happiness? The wording of the epigram in no way guarantees happiness, but simply states that you may pursue it.
I am certainly glad that the founding fathers entitled me to pursue happiness. But, the emptiness of this promise has hit new records within the present decade. The age of political parties battling for tax reforms, war, terrorism, and morality tends to forget this pursuit. How can any individual pursue happiness in the time of war? How can any leader accomplish victory with death? The age of politics has destroyed this entity, and replaced it with the prospect of greed, power, world domination, etc, etc.
Once the newly settled nation recovered from war with Britain, the precedent of false promises began with perhaps the only original statement of the Declaration: the pursuit of happiness.

WELCOME!!!

Hello, my fellow friends and countrymen. I hereby cordially welcome you to the home page and current headquarters of The Ubiquitous Party of the United States of America. Established by a close-knit group of friends, we, here at the Ubiquitous Party, stand strongly for what we believe in. Now, you may ask, what does the Ubiquitous Party Stand for? Well, my friends and countrymen, as the name says, we stand for all that is good for the people. We truly do believe in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all people, whatever that entitles, as long as it is not detrimental for this great nation and the great people who live within. This post is not the beginning of the end, only the end of the beginning. Stay tuned, there is much more to come. Live strong, live long, and hope for a better tomorrow. God Bless the U.S.A. and everywhere else.

The Sides

These are according to John...

The Force:

The force may be acquired by loyalty/faithfulness to the good of the force. Members of the force should never get distracted from the ultimate goal. One's life, knoweledge, and prosperity should be for the force. Those who do not use their skills for the purposes of the force shall be no longer a part of the force. Membership may be attained and regained if you are not past the point of no return. The force will decide if someone is eligible for renewal.

The Dark Side:

The dark side may be acquired if disloyalty/infidelity to the force is shown. This includes not showing full knowlegde toward the good of the force. If within the dard side, you may be reclaimed to the force, but it is at the discretion of the force.

The Far Side:

Little is known of the far side. Few men have been to the far sicde. The members of the far sie represent everything anti-force. They will never be allowed to the fvorce and shall be considered forgotten men.

The forgotton side:

For those rebuked to the depths of hell. They are thieves and devils cast out of life itself. They have been branded by the church as heretics. They are the ones that have been forgotten by all but ever wait for a time of revenge. They have been executed for crime's they didn't commit and have been scapegoats for their governments. They are thieves and murderers, some even holy men killed to please the common people. They possess the dark skills of hell and wait for their rebirth into the world.
